A MAN was assaulted in Ollerton's Tesco supermarket shortly after being involved in a parking dispute.
Police say the incident happened at around 2.15pm on Monday after the 28-year-old victim had an argument with an unknown female driver, who had parked awkwardly outside the store.

He went inside the supermarket to do his shopping, but was hit in the face by a man while he was at the checkout.

The offender is described as a white man, around 50 years old, approximately 5ft 8in tall, of slim build, with very short mousey brown hair and tattoos on his arms.

Witnesses or anyone with further information should contact Pc Adi Smith at Ollerton Police on 01623 420999.
