AN inquest has opened into the deaths of two teenagers who were killed in a road smash in Blidworth last week.
Seventeen year olds James Moodie, of Main Street, Kirklington, and Max Dixon, of Main Street, Farnsfield, died after the two-car smash on Fishpool Road at 10.20pm on 16th September.

The short hearing at Nottingham on Wednesday was told James was a passenger in the back seat and Max a passenger in the front of a Peugeot which collided with a Ford Mondeo.

Both died of multiple injuries and the inquest was adjourned for more reports.
