LETTER: Thanks to Good Samaritan

Have your say

I would like to pass my sincere thanks to the lady who helped my 72-year-old father on Friday, May 13, on The Carrs, Warsop.
A labrador off the lead jumped up at him while he was walking his own dogs, pushing him to the floor.
He now has a broken elbow which will need an operation and pinning.
The dog owner did not even have the courtesy to give her details, despite my father clearly being in lots of pain.
Thankfully the anonymous Good Samaritan gave him a lift and ensured he was safe.
Reassuring to know there are good people out there.
