THE work of Mansfield CID was highlighted in a ‘warts and all’ documentary on national television on Monday night.

Coppers - which was broadcast on Channel 4 - followed a group of senior police officers going about their day-to-day jobs in Mansfield and Ashfield last summer.

The cameras showed the team investigating burglary, hunting for a missing dad who was found dead, as well as the high profile case involving Rainworth sex attacker, Shaun Tudor.

But what did you think?

Do you believe it portrayed the area and police officers in a bad light - as some people thought on social networking site Twitter as the programme was being aired.

Or do you think the programme showed the team in a positive way as it went about tacking serious crime in Mansfield and Ashfield.
