MANSFIELD dance sensation Amour Sumagaysay, who has hit the nation’s TV screens on Sky1’s ‘Got to Dance’ is pictured performing with her dance group at the Four Seasons shopping centre.
Gifted Amour is set to compete in the Got to Dance live semi-final at the beginning of March after the impressed the judges all gave her a massive thumbs up.
Speaking after the event, centre manager Rebekah O’Neill said: “We are thrilled to have Amour and her dance school perform at the Four Seasons. They have such unbelievable talent given their young age and we are especially proud that they agreed to perform for our shoppers.”
The eight-year-old has been dancing since she was three, and she takes up to six lessons a week.
Her lessons focus on a variety of styles including freestyle disco, which has been her style of choice in previous rounds of the show.
She is no stranger to success, usually entering at least one competition a month, with a regular habit of winning them.
Two years ago, she picked up two trophies in one go at the 2011 Freestyle Championships.
The eventual winner will take the life-changing £250,000 prize.
