Youngsters were kept busy during a day of the summer holiday when they attended Huthwaite’s annual Brierley Forest Park fun day.
The fun day was the fourth and last free fun day this year for Huthwaite children.
The day, which took place on 22nd August, was supported by Brierley Forest Park Trust, Welcome Foods (Bakkavor) and the Brierley Pond fishing club.
There was also a cheque donation to HAG at the Visitor Centre in the park.
Children enjoyed face painting, hula hooping, tackling the climbing wall and Brierley’s very own beach.
Volunteers entertained 1,400 children and parents over the event’s first three days this year.
