A wide range of music will be available to all at this year’s Newark Festival.

Union J and The Human League will be headlining at the festival between 20th and 22nd June.

Liz Hobbs Group is delighted to announce that 2014’s festival will be bigger and better than ever.

Liz Doogan-Hobbs, MBE, said: “Liz Hobbs Group is proud to be based in Newark and it is very important to us as a company to be able to support our local community and the Newark Festival is a fantastic way to do that.”

Luke Friend and Rough Copy will join Union J on the stage, focussed at the Riverside Park.

Following the success of 2013’s Festival, headlined by Madness, Newark Town Council is pleased to announce their continued relationship with Liz Hobbs Group and have proudly named the company as Festival directors for the next three years.

Coun Dennis Jones, chairman of the environment and leisure committee, said: “I am thrilled that we have been able to reach an agreement with Liz Hobbs Group to keep the Newark Festival going, the last two events have been very popular across many criteria.”
