Teenage boy dies in hospital after 'concerns for his safety' were reported to police
Police were called to a house in Huthwaite yesterday over concerns for the safety of a 17-year-old boy who later died in hospital.
Police were called to house on Chesterfield Road at 8.30pm on Tuesday 28 February 2017.
The boy was taken to King's Mill Hospital in Sutton-in-Ashfield, where he was later pronounced dead.
The incident is not being treated as suspicious.
The coroner has been informed and inquiries are ongoing.
A neighbour reported seeing forensic teams at the scene.
