Students from Vision West Notts limbered up for a charity walk yesterday.
A group of 16 hairdressing students took part in a fancy dress walk to raise cash for the British Heart Foundation and Breast Cancer Awarenes.
Learner coach Lee Bunting, who has helped the students to prepare for the walk, said: “The learners have been very enthusiastic in organising this activity. It’s something they decided to do on their own and they’re hoping to raise as much money as they can for these two national charities.
“In total we walked over five miles between the various college sites and I think they’ll be a very colourful bunch in the range of fancy dress outfits planned.”
