Shop for Schools

The Four Seasons Shopping Centre launched its Shop for Schools initiative on Saturday - and it will run until Tuesday, 28th April.

Pupils and parents can gain points for their favourite school to give them the chance of winning £3,000.

The runner up will receive £1,000 and the school which comes in third will be able to visit Mansfield Palace Theatre for an Aladdin themed workshop.

To gain points for schools shoppers must collect receipts from stores at the Four Seasons Shopping Centre and exchange them for point’s vouchers to be posted in the dedicated letter box located at the Customer Service Desk.

Throughout the course of the initiative there are a number of ways participants wanting their favourite school to win can gain even more points!

Easter is drawing close and for all the Buzzy B fans it is the first chance to gain some extra points for your chosen school by simply coming along to the dedicated Easter Buzzy B Club workshops on Tuesday and 14th April.

Children and families are invited to the Easter workshops for FREE between 11am-3pm for a whole host of egg-celent treats and activities.

Chad will be issuing weekly special bonus points vouchers during the course of the campaign for readers to cut out and post in the letter box of their choice at the Customer Service Desk at the shopping centre.

The vouchers range from 10 extra points, 20 extra points and double points vouchers! Plus, if you shop at Four Seasons on Sundays or Bank Holidays you will be able to exchange receipts from stores for triple points!

Finally, for those book worms who love to read and visit the Mansfield Library, there is also a chance to receive some extra points for simply loving to read. Children and parents who take out books in the Library will receive one point for one book, five points for two books, 10 points for three books, 50 points for returning all books on time or 100 points for taking part in a library activity.

Rebekah O’Neill, Four Seasons manager, said: ‘Shop for Schools has already got off to a brilliant start. There are clear leaders already and it is brilliant that shoppers are getting on board the initiative once again.”
