Saturday Selston crash update: victim named by Nottinghamshire Police

A MOTORIST believed to have been travelling in convoy with a 42-year-old woman who died in a road crash is being urged to come forward.

Vicki Margaret Dorman, of Underwood, was travelling in a blue Subaru Impreza with a 35-year-old man when their vehicle is believed to have left the B6016 Langton Hollow and collided with a tree.

The incident took place at around 9pm on Saturday.

She was pronounced dead at the scene, while the man was taken to King’s Mill with serious head and arm injuries. He was later transferred to Queen’s Medical Centre and is reported to be in a stable condition.

Police believe the occupants of a car thought to have been travelling with the pair from Selston towards Jacksdale at the time of the crash may have crucial information about the circumstances surrounding the crash. They are being urged to come forward.
