Theft

Daniel Bills, 30, of Beighton Street, Sutton, admitted stealing toiletries from Poundstretcher in Sutton, two counts of stealing coffee from B&M Bargains in Sutton, stealing meat and groceries from Asda in Sutton. He was given 10 weeks’ jail, suspended for 12 months and made to pay £50 compensation;

Shaun Carlisle, 47, of no fixed address, admitted two counts of stealing more than £450 worth of beauty products from B&M Bargains in Mansfield and was jailed for eight weeks and made to pay £175 compensation;

Shane David Pike, 34, of Walesby Lane, New Ollerton, admitted stealing a clutch bag containing £100 and damaging seven garden pillar lights, a garden table and chair, a sun lounger, a fire pit and the front door and frame to the value of £2,160. He was given a community order with 150 hours of community service, made to pay £2,260 and £170 in costs;

Gary Morley, 48, of Shireoaks Court, Mansfield, admitted stealing sweets from B&M Bargains in Mansfield worth £42, and two counts of stealing chocolate from Poundland in Mansfield worth £70. He was given a community order with drug rehabilitation and made to pay £250 in costs;

Ella Irene Pickaver, 36, of Shireoaks Court, Mansfield, admitted stealing sweets from B&M Bargains in Mansfield worth £42, and three counts of stealing chocolate from Poundland in Mansfield worth £63. She was given a community order with a drug rehabilitation and made to pay £80 costs;

Duncan Hayes, 50, of Smith Street, Mansfield, admitted stealing groceries worth £113 from Tesco in Ollerton and failing to surrender to custody. He was given a two-year conditional discharge, fined £40 and made to pay £30 in costs;

Robert John Edmunds, 32, of Laurel Avenue, Forest Town, admitted stealing a quad bike and riding it without a licence or insurance. He was fined £120, given six penalty points and made to pay £115 in costs;

Ewelina Podgorska, 35, of Corporation Street, Mansfield, admitted stealing fragrances from Debenhams in Mansfield worth £302 and was given a 12-month conditional discharge and made to pay £200 compensation;

Winifred McCarthy, 32, of Hilltop Road, Pinxton, admitted stealing food items from Huthwaite Service Station and failing to surrender to custody. He was fined £130 in total, made to pay £8.57 compensation and £85 costs;

Adam Gary Emslie, 38, of Church Street, South Normanton, admitted two counts of stealing items from Co-op in Skegby worth £311 and failing to surrender to custody. He was jailed for 17 weeks and made to pay £80 compensation;

Kyle Stuart Charles Gregg, 27, of Alcock Avenue, Mansfield, admitted stealing fragrances worth £20 from Boots in Mansfield, possession of amphetamine and cannabis and failing to surrender to custody. He was jailed for eight weeks and made to pay £26 compensation;

Drugs

Angus James Mason, 33, c/o Forest Street, Sutton, admitted possessing amphetamine and was given a community order and made to pay £85 costs;

Daniel William Miller, 27, of Lake Avenue, Mansfield, admitted possessing cannabis and was fined £180 and made to pay £105 in costs;

Drink-Driving

Damian Konrad Gralak, 25, of Forest Road, Sutton, admitted having 56 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of Citroen Xsara. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He also admitted taking a vehicle without consent, without a licence and insurance. He was banned from driving for 16 months, given 120 hours of community service and made to pay £170 in costs;

Ryan Beachus, 29, of Wilberforce Road, Mansfield, admitted having 70 mcgs of 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Fiat Punto. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He also admitted failing to stop at the scene of an accident. He was banned from the road for 12 months, fined £400 and made to pay £125 in costs;

Samuel William Ambrose, 18, of Hammerwater Drive, Warsop, admitted having 42 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Fiat Punto. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He was banned from driving for 12 months, fined £120 and made to pay £115 in costs;

Motoring

Nathan Richard Stephenson, 21, of John Woodhead Court, Mansfield, was found guilty of driving a Ford without a licence or insurance and was banned from the road for six months, fined £660 and made to pay £151 in costs. The case was proved in his absence;

Lana Hemsley, 39, of Yew Tree Avenue, Forest Town, was found guilty of damaging a Jaguar car and was given a 12-month conditional discharge, made to pay £300 compensation and £100 costs;

David Carl Campbell, 36, of Central Avenue, Kirkby, admitted two counts of assaulting a female and was given a community order, an 18-month restraining order, made to pay £100 compensation and £85 costs;

Ahmed El Fadili, 39, of Spindle Court, Mansfield, was found guilty of assaulting a female and was given a community order with 150 hours community service, made to pay £250 compensation and made to pay £500 compensation;

Richard Adam Radford, 29, of Beacon Drive, Kirkby, admitted possessing a meat cleaver and was jailed for 26 weeks and made to pay £115 in costs;

Alexander James Fleet, 22, of Third Avenue, Rainworth, admitted assaulting another male and was given a six-month conditional discharge and made to pay £105 in costs;

John Byrne, 67, of Grove Street, Mansfield Woodhouse, admitted failing to tell Mansfield District Council or the Department for Work and Pensions of a change of circumstances that could affect his housing benefit - that he was working. He was given community order with three months’ electronic tag curfew and made to pay £170 in costs;

Breach

Kenny James Stevenson, 26, of Shardlow Way, Mansfield, admitted failing to comply with a supervision requirement on two separate days and was jailed for 10 days;

Miscellaneous

Jack Christopher Keeling, 29, of Mayfield Terrace, Warsop, admitted being at a football match between Worksop Town and Mansfield Town while subject to a banning order. He was fined £120 and made to pay £115 in costs. No further time was added to his banning order which has 18 months left to run;

William Baker, 54, of Leamington Drive, Sutton, admitted disclosing a private sexual photo or film of a female with an intention of causing stress and he was jailed for 11 weeks, suspended for 12 months, and made to pay £330 in costs;

Steven Eric Dickinson, 60, of High Street, Warsop, admitted obstructing a police officer in their duty and was fined £100 and made to pay £115 in costs;

Dale Pickering, 28, of Bishops Walk, Church Warsop, admitted being drunk and disorderly on his own street and was given a six-month conditional discharge and made to pay £105 in costs;

Dean Hemingray, 29, of Wood Lane, Shirebrook, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Mansfield town centre and was fined £70 and made to pay £115 in costs;

Kurtis Alexander Senior, 23, of Mansfield Road, Warsop, admitted failing to leave Mansfield town centre when ordered to do so. He was fined £50 and made to pay £30 costs;
