A RAINWORTH pensioner who caught buses in order to commit sex acts in front of girls is facing jail.
John Wilbraham (69) said he wanted to be caught exposing himself and had been banned from boarding buses in 2009 for previous offences.
A court was told Wilbraham travelled from his home on Rugby Road to Doncaster on three separate dates in January and February.
Prosecutor Michael Rawlinson said the first offence took place on the top deck when he was sat behind four 13-year-old girls. A fortnight later he got on the same bus and sat close to two 16-year-olds who saw him repeating the act.
Police circulated his photo to Doncaster Interchange staff and he was seen the next day on the same bus.
Wilbraham was in breach of a Sexual Offences Prevention Order imposed in 2009, which banned him from any bus. He admitted two charges of exposure and three breaches of the order when he appeared at Doncaster Crown Court.
Solicitor Sarah Brown said the offences were a cry for help because his wife was divorcing him. Wilbraham will be sentenced next month.
