Proposal for 22 new homes at Huthwaite

A proposal been submitted to build 22 homes in anew housing development at Huthwaite.

Ashfield District Council has received an outline planning application for the development on land off High Hazles Drive.

The application for up to 22 two storey houses was submitted by Sevenhill Estates Ltd, on 9th April.

If the plans are given the green light by the authority, the development will consists of a mix of one, two, three and four bedroomed homes.

A decision is expected to be made on the application by June 4.
