Plans for new flats approved

MANSFIELD district councillors agreed plans to convert a house on Layton Avenue, Mansfield, into four flats at a planning committee meeting last Wednesday.

Members approved the application by three votes in favour and one against despite concerns being raised during the meeting about anti-social behaviour caused by potentially undesirable tenants.
