Mr Johnson (42), who was originally from Stanton Hill, was found dead at the three-storey terraced house on Chesterfield Road South - where Buckland and Green also lived - on 25th October 2011.

A post-mortem examination revealed that he had died of chest injuries following an assault.

The property where Mr Johnson was a tenant was run by Mansfield-based Midway Housing.

Green and Buckland were each remanded back into custody.

A third man, Daniel Bastable (19), who also lived at the house, has denied a charge of murder. His trial is due to start at Nottingham Crown Court on Friday.
