Members of Ollerton Rugby Club have completed the three peaks challenge over the bank holiday.

15 members of the club completed the challenge in aid of the Chad’s appeal to raise £300,000 for the Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire Air Ambulance.

Eric Cranmer, player at the club, said: “It was really tough and Ben Nevis was the hardest challenge of all.

“They did it in aid of the Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire air ambulance and all the lads would like to thank everyone who has sponsored them for this much worthy cause.”

So far the total money raised for the Air Ambulance campaign as of Friday 23rd August stands at £655.46.

Donations can be made payable by cheque to LNAACT Chad campaign and sent to Unit 2 Chase Park, Daleside Road, Nottingham, NG2 4GT. Card payments can be made by calling 01522548469 using Chad campaign as your reference.
