NOTTINGHAMSHIRE Police is posting details of all thefts from vehicles this week on the social networking website, Twitter.
The move forms part of the force’s three-month campaign to reduce thefts from vehicles - especially in the run-up to Christmas.
Folk do not need a Twitter account to the follow the online activity, but simply go to twitter.com/nottspolice.
A live online chat will also be held with Supt Mike Manley tomorrow, between 7-8pm. Followers of the police Twitter account can send their questions for Supt Manley to email@example.com.
Alternatively, questions can be sent during the live chat using the #mindyourmotor hashtag.
