Mansfield residents can find out more about Nottinghamshire County Council’s services at its new customer services point based at the town’s newly refurbished library on West Gate.
The customer service point has been operating temporarily out of offices located on Regent Street along with the town’s temporary library whilst the works took place to the permanent facility.
The customer service team consists of several fully trained advisors who can offer face-to-face advice, guidance and information on all services available from the Council and some partner organisations.
The team are therefore equipped to handle and help with a wide variety of enquiries ranging from the reporting or pot holes and defective street lights to information around social care needs and blue car badge requests. They are also able to assist with the completion of forms.
The team is available on site from Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm and can be found on the first floor of the library.
Residents can also access information on the Council’s services on its website at www.nottinghamshire.gov.uk or by telephoning its customer service centre on 08449 80 80 80 Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm or Saturdays 8am to 12noon.
