The Parish Players at Skegby are to perform three mystery plays at each of three churches to mark the start of Holy Week.
The plays will explore the crucifixion and will be seen through the eyes of the innkeeper, the soldiers and the gardener.
Steve Shaw, chairman, said: “It will be a real challenge performing in three churches on consecutive nights. Any lighting and staging will have to be moved after each performance and space varies within each church.”
On Monday the plays will be performed at St Katherine’s Church, Teversal, on Tuesday at All Saints in Stanton Hill and on Wednesday at St Andrew’s in Skegby.
Admission is by free ticket. They are available on Mansfield 636322, from Vine Tree Charity Shop or any of the churches.
