MPs from around the area have backed Chad’s charity campaign to help the Lincolnshire and Notts Air Ambulance service save even more lives.
The MPs praised Chad for organising the ambitious appeal and have called on their constituents to do whatever they can to help the appeal fly high.

Ashfield MP Gloria De Piero said: “The Chad has already proved with its recently successful MRI Scanner appeal that when the local community is placed right at the heart of a campaign then anything can be achieved, no matter how ambitious the plans may look at first.
“Not one to rest on their laurels they are now throwing themselves behind a brand new fundraising project to try and raise a whopping £300,000 to help our local air ambulance service.
“It’s a service that really can make the difference between life and death and they can certainly count on my support.
“Past experience tells me the good folk of Ashfield won’t need much encouragement either, so I’m sure it won’t be long until the appeal captures the imagination of the public once again and really takes off.”

Mansfield MP Sir Alan Meale praised Chad for backing the charity and said: “It is essential that we keep this service in the are and to deliver it the people who matter.

“Accident and emergency is very serious. The distance between accidents can be hge and this service is vital.

“People in Mansfield are renowned for being generous and I am sure they will get behind this appeal.

“Well done to the Chad for backing the charity and taking on this campaign.”
Sherwood MP Mark Spencer said the air ambulance was a ‘priceless service’, adding: “The air ambulance is fantastic, when you need them you are in a bad way. They clearly save lives.
“Every penny is vital, You cannot put a price on having your love ones with you, well done to the Chad for setting up this campaign.”
