Two Mansfield Stagecoach schools have helped to raise thousands of pounds for charity.

To mark the 25th Anniversary of Stagecoach Theatre Arts, the schools joined forces with 350 other Nottinghamshire Stagecoach pupils to perform a cabaret like show on 6th July.

The children raised more than £1,000 for Interact, a charity for people with learning difficulties, and £2,000 for Diabetes UK and Teenage Cancer Trust.

The concert took place at the Royal Concert Hall in Nottingham to a crowd of 2,000.

Frances Finn, BBC Radio Nottingham reporter, compered the show.
