Mansfield: Samworth Academy boosts neonatal unit

Enterprising students at Mansfield’s Samworth Church Academy have raised £500 for King’s Mill Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

The donation from the school’s Newstead prefects came after they organised various fundraising events over a number of months.

The money will go towards the purchase of specialist resuscitation devices for use on the unit.
