ASSAULT

Daniel Oakley, aged 28, of Whitewater Road, Ollerton. Admitted posting a grossly offensive message on a public network on February 24. Restraining order, fined £110 and ordered to pay £115 costs.

Paul Morris, 31, of no fixed abode. Admitted assaulting two people by beating them on March 12 and breaching a restraining order. Committed to prison for 12 weeks in total and ordered to pay £150 compensation.

Daniel Northridge, 24, of HMP Nottingham. Admitted assaulting three women by beating in Mansfield on February 12. Committed to prison for 12 weeks due to aggravation of violent record and ordered to pay each woman £25 in compensation

Scott Hutton, 25, of Sandy Lane, Mansfield. Admitted assaulting a woman and criminal damage of household property on February 14. Ordered to undertake 20 days’ unpaid work in the community.

David Hartshorn, 25, of no fixed abode. Admitted assaulting a man by beating him on February 3 at the Rosemary Centre in Mansfield and possession of a bladed article. Also admitted assaulting an officer on March 12. Committed to prison for 18 weeks and ordered to pay £100 compensation.

Marcus Griffin, 23, of HMP Ranby. Admitted assaulting a woman on February 4, as well as criminal damage and possession of cannabis. Committed to prison for 56 days and ordered to pay £115 costs.

Lee Smedley, 33, of Berry Avenue, Kirkby. Admitted damaging a door in Southwell Close on February 24. Given conditional discharge for six months and ordered to pay £105 in court costs.

Ashley Bradshaw, 30, of Chaucer Crecent, Sutton. Admitted forceful entry of a premises on March 10. Fined £250 and ordered to pay £115 costs.

DRUGS

Colin Wood, 45, of Vernon Road, Kirby. Admitted possession of cannabis on December 19. Fined £300 and ordered to pay £115 costs.

MOTORING

Mark Dernley, 36, of Farndale Road, Sutton. Admitted refusing a breathalyser test in Kirkby on February 12. Disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £250 and ordered to pay £115 costs. Also handed a suspended sentence of six weeks following breach of an order.

Charlotte Graham, 22, of Main Street, Huthwaite. Admitted driving over the legal alcohol limit on February 4. Disqualified from driving for 18 months, fined £120 and ordered to pay £115 costs.

Wayne Wombwell, 41, of Mandarin Close, Forest Town. Admitted failure to present the identify the driver of a vehicle while subject to an allegation of an offence. Licence endorsed with six penalty points, fined £70 and ordered to pay £100 costs.

Karen Goodison, 45, of Main Road, Nether Langwith. Admitted driving over the legal alcohol limit on February 20. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Iain Hurst, 55, of Longhill Rise, Kirkby. Admitted speeding in a 40mph zone on May 11, 2016, and again in a 30mph zone on August 18. Fined £134, ordered to pay £115 costs and licence endorsed with three points.

Michael Duffy, 43, of Outram Street, Sutton. Fined for driving without insurance on two separate occasions. Ordered to pay £811 for the first offence on July 8 and £745 for the second on July 27.

Andrei Gazu, 29 of Eighth Avenue, Forest Town. Guilty of driving without insurance on two separate occasions. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £115 costs for the first offence on July 29, and the same for the second offence on September 28.

Lewis Morton, 23, of Winster Way, Mansfield. Admitted driving without a licence or insurance on July 25. Disqualified from driving for six months, fined £200 and ordered to pay £115 costs.

Patryk Muraszewski, 28, of Talbot Street, Pinxton. Fined £220 and ordered to pay £115 costs for speeding in a 30mph zone. Also disqualified from driving for six months.

Simon Pleskauskas, 39, of Acacia Court, Forest Town. Admitted failure to provide a urine sample while allegedly guilty of an offence on December 3. Fined £160, ordered to pay £160 costs and disqualified from driving for two years. Also found guilty of possession of diamorphine, a class A drug, and fined £160 plus £280 in costs.

Michael Hind, 29, of George Street, Mansfield. Admitted leaving the scene of an accident after causing injury on February 11, and driving without a licence of insurance. Disqualified from driving for nine months and handed a community order to undertake rehabilitation activities and carry out 40 days of unpaid work. Also ordered to pay costs of £170.

THEFT

Carl Burley, 23, of Jaunty Lane, Sheffield. Admitted stealing £369 worth of perfume from Boots in Mansfield, £201 worth of clothes from JD Sports and £560 worth of clothes from River Island. Given a sentence of 10 weeks suspended for 12 months and 80 hours of unpaid work in the community. Also ordered to pay £200 costs.

Andrew Dennet, 32, of Perlethorpe Avenue, Meden Vale. Found guilty of stealing hedge trimmers and a tent from another on September 12. Conditional discharge for six months and ordered to pay £105 costs.

Lee Darlington, 36, of Minster Court, Boughton. Admitted trespassing into Tesco, Ollerton, and stole a teacake. Fined £100 and ordered to pay compensation of 89p.

Robert Dean, 39, of the Patchills, Mansfield. Admitted trespassing into CLS to steal two laptops, a jar of coffee, Lego, a toy gun, a Game of Thrones disc and bag containing miscellaneous cables. Handed a community order for alcohol rehabilitation and ordered to pay £85 costs.

Alan Jones, 49, of no fixed abode. Admitted the same charge and was handed a rehabilitation order, and ordered to pay £85 court costs.

Simone Williams, 25, of Jaunty Lane, Sheffield. Admitted the same charges and was handed a six-week suspended sentence, and ordered to attend rehabilitation activities.

Simon Thomas, 41, of no fixed abode. Admitted handling stolen goods on January 19, namely an iPod and a lawnmower. Handed a community order to undertake rehabilitation activity for up to 10 days.

Aiden Gardner, 19, of Spence Street, Mansfield. Admitted breach of a community order after original offence of stealing £270 of electrical items. Handed an eight-week sentence suspended for 12 months and given a curfew order for eight weeks.

MISCELLANEOUS

Jamie Boreham, 27, of Maid Marian Way, New Ollerton. Handed a suspended sentence for 12 days for culpable neglect to pay a fine of £420. Ordered to pay £10 per week.

Syed Hammad Ali Shah, 30, of Egmanton Road, Meden Vale. Admitted travelling on a train without a ticket on November 11, 2011. Fined £130 and ordered to pay £4 compensation.

Laura Tomlinson, 31, Perlethorpe Avenue, Meden Vale. Handed a suspended sentence of seven days for culpable neglect to pay a £195 fine, and ordered to pay £10 per day until recovered.

Kyle Hollingsworth, 25, of Bilborough Road, Mansfield. Admitted breach of an order to attend unpaid work. Handed a four-week sentence suspended by 12 months.

Jamie Harris, 28, of Pelham Street, Mansfield. Found guilty of two charges of failure to attend court. Handed an 18 week sentence, suspended for 18 months.
