THERE will be a chance to re-live some of the greatest moments in British history at a matinee performance of There’ll Always Be An England at Mansfield’s Palace Theatre.
The show will look back at moments such as the VE Day celebrations, the 1966 World Cup, well-known musicals, the swinging 60s and all types of entertainment from a Cockney knees-up to Last Night of the Proms.
Presented by a cast of West End performers, this matinee show promises to be an afternoon of pure nostalgia.
This week, producer Neil Sands said that he was looking forward to returning to Mansfield.
He says: “It is always a joy to bring shows to The Palace and we all can’t wait to bring this, our newest nostalgia production to you.
“The audiences in Mansfield really enjoy the feel good factor that the show provides and are always a good crowd to play to.”
The show will take place on 23rd June at 2.30pm. Tickets are priced at £10.50 (concessions are £9.50) and are available from the Box Office by calling Mansfield 633133, or online at www.mansfield.gov.uk/palacetheatre.
