Mansfield academy doesn’t duck the issue for charity race in Titchfield Park
A charity duck race will be held at Titchfield Park on Sunday at 2pm.
The race is organised by Samworth Church Academy and monies raised will go towards an Opportunity Fund to aid students in need and also the students’ chosen charity, Jigsaw Charity Mansfield.
The 1,000 plastic yellow ducks are on loan from Rotary Club Hucknall and participation in the event costs £1 and is open to anyone.
Tickets are available on the day or from Samworth Church Academy and its website, or for students, at the finance hatch within the Academy.
