Man dies after serious crash

Police fficers attended a serious single vehicle crash in Peafield Lane, off the A6075 at Mansfield Woodhouse, on Friday (September 22).

Tragically, as a result of the collision, a 35-year-old man has died.

The incident happened at around 7.50am and Peafield Lane and Forest Road were closed while emergency services worked at the scene.

Investigators are urging anyone who was in the area at the time and has information about a red coloured Citroen or who has dashboard camera footage to please call on 101, quoting incident number 112 of September 22.
