Vodka and whiskey hidden in baby changing room at Forest Town Asda
Mansfield Court House.
A MAN stole bottles alcohol from Forest Town Asda but changed his mind and hid them in the roof space of the baby changing room.
Marc Dolan, of Butler Crescent, Mansfield admitted theft when he appeared before magistrates.
The 35-year-old was seen by security selecting three bottles of whiskey and vodka worth £51 then putting them in a bag.
He then went to the baby changing room and left the store. The bottles were later found in the roof space.
The court was told he was released from prison four days prior to the theft on 8th January and didn’t want to go back.
He was arrested at the bus stop and admitted the attempted theft.
Dolan was bailed for a probation report to be written and will return on 20th February.
