A PETITION with nearly 1,500 signatures calling for speed cameras on the A60 Cuckney Hill has been handed over.

Chad launched the campaign after Luke Winter (24), of Nether Langwith, became the sixth person to be killed on the road since 2006.

Mansfield MP Sir Alan Meale, Chad Editor Tracy Powell and Warsop County Councillor John Allin took the petition to County Hall on Thursday.
