Sutton pensioner facing animal porn charge
A pensioner charged with possessing animal pornography will have his case heard at crown court.
Gordon Jones, 79, of Hardwick View, Sutton, faces four charges including one of possessing extreme porn involving an animal and three more of making 2,320 indecent photographs of people under the age of 18.
Of them, 290 are the in the most serious, category A, with 868 in category B and 1,162 in category C.
Jones, walking with a stick, appeared at Mansfield Magistrates’ Court entered not guilty pleas and the case was sent up to crown court.
He is next due to appear at Nottingham Crown Court on August 31.
