SUTTON man Rob Bristol has launched his annual charity appeal to collect selection boxes for youngsters this Christmas.

Notts County fan Rob, who is well-known in the district for collecting selection boxes at Christmas and Easter eggs at Easter, is urging people to once again help make Christmas special for children at King’s Mill Hospital, Nottingham’s Queen’s Medical Centre and a women’s refuge.

The gifts will then be presented to the children by Rob just before Christmas.

Folk can drop off the selection boxes at the Chad’s office on Newgate Lane, Mansfield, or at Rob’s house at 35, Pemberley Chase in Sutton. Alternatively drop them off at Notts County’s Meadow Lane Stadium ground.
