Breach

Mariusz Sotkowski, 35, of Howard Road, Mansfield admitted failing to comply with a community order and was re-sentenced for the original offence of extracting electricity to the value of £2,196 and failing to surrender to custody. He was jailed for nine weeks;

Daniel Richard Clarke, 23, of no fixed address, admitted failing to comply with a supervision requirement and was jailed for 14 days;

Lee Daniel Price, 36, of Sycamore Street, Church Warsop, admitted failing to comply with a community order so was re-sentenced on the original offence of taking a Renault Megane without the owner’s consent and was jailed eight weeks.

Violence

Elvis Roger, 37, of no fixed address, was found guilty after a trial of assaulting a female and was jailed for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months;

Jamie Lee Gregory, 22, of New Street, Huthwaite, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour and was fined £80 and made to pay £80 costs;

Conan Jordan Davidson, 23, of Hatfield Avenue, Meden Vale, admitted assaulting a female and assaulting another person. He was fined £660 in total and made to pay £118 in costs;

Grant Pensom, 46, of Waterfield Avenue, Warsop, admitted assaulting a person and was fined £560, given a two-year restraining order and made to pay £100 compensation and made to pay £141 in costs.

Drugs

Kristian David Norwood, 33, of no fixed address, admitted two counts of possession of amphetamine, possession of cannabis and failing to surrender to custody. He was jailed for four months and made to pay £115 in costs;

Laura Marie Clowes, 29, of Sherwood Street, Mansfield admitted possessing amphetamine and failing to surrender to custody and was fined £80 and made to pay £115 in costs.

Motoring

David Clive Poyser, 51, of Layton Avenue, Mansfield, was found guilty after a trial of failing to identify the driver of a Ford Mondeo alleged to have been guilty of an offence and admitted interfering with a van and attempting to enter the Civic Centre in Mansfield with an intention to steal. He was banned from driving for six months, given six penalty points, given a community order with three-month electronic tag curfew order, fined £120 and made to pay £185 costs;

Terrence Michael Dixon, 31, of St Michaels Street, Sutton, was found guilty of driving a Peugeot 307 without a licence or insurance and was fined £660, given six penalty points and made to pay £151 in costs. The case was proved in his absence;

Garry Speed, 53, of Park Street, Sutton, was found guilty of driving a Vauxhall without insurance and was fined £660, given six penalty points and made to pay £151 in costs. The case was proved in his absence;

Alex Masciopinto, 27, c/o Blackburn View, New Ollerton, was found guilty of riding a motorbike without insurance was banned from the road for six months, fined £120 and made to pay £20 costs. The case was proved in his absence;

Alan Eric Hill, 34, of Prospect Drive, Shirebrook, was found guilty of failing to identify the driver of a Vauxhall Corsa alleged to have been guilty of running a red light and was fined £660, given six penalty points and made to pay £166 in costs. The case was proved in his absence.

Sam Black, 21, of Dove Croft, Ollerton, admitted having 66 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Renault Clio. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. She was banned from the road for 18 months, fined £190 and made to pay £115 in costs;

Rafal Mazurek, 31, of Byron Street, Mansfield, admitted having 43 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Ford focus. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He also admitted possessing amphetamine. He was banned from the road for 13 months, fined £255 and made to pay £115 in costs;

Artur Tkaczyk, 37, of Chaucer Street, Mansfield, admitted having 46 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Toyota Celica. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He was banned from the road for 13 months, fined £310 and made to pay £116 in costs;

James Wilson, 40, of Foxglove Grove, Mansfield Woodhouse, admitted failing to provide a breath test and was banned from driving for three years, given a community order with four-months electronic tag curfew and made to pay £170 in costs.

Ryan David Slingsby, 20, of no fixed address, admitted not paying for £25 worth of diesel, stealing trainers worth £84 from a female, stealing a car and driving without insurance or a licence. He was jailed for 56 days, made to pay £84 compensation and given six penalty points;

James Anthony Timothy Carroll, 37, of Redruth Drive, Mansfield, admitted assaulting two police officers and was jailed for 60 days and made to pay £100 compensation;

Timothy Gamlin, 24, of Audrey Crescent, Mansfield Woodhouse, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour and was given a community order with 80 hours of unpaid work, and made to pay £310 in costs;

Andrew Newton, 32, of Ladybrook Lane, Mansfield, admitted assaulting a female and was handed a community order with 150 hours of unpaid work, made to pay £100 compensation and £170 in costs.

Samuel Lee Donner, 25, of Coniston Road, Kirkby, admitted damaging a Vauxhall Astra and the window of a house on Walesby Drive, Kirkby and was made to pay £300 compensation and £85 costs;

Verity Kerr, 39, of Linton Close, Mansfield, admitted damaging a police car, assaulting an officer and being drunk and disorderly. She was given a community order with a four-week electronic tag curfew, made to pay £100 compensation and £170 in costs;

John Alan Evans, 26, of Eyam Close, Mansfield, admitted damaging a window and was given a community order and made to pay £170 in costs.

Miscellaneous

Andrew George James, 40, of St Michaels Street, Sutton, was found guilty of causing unnecessary suffering to a Staffordshire bull terrier by failing to seek veterinary help for the animal and was jailed for eight weeks and made to pay £80 costs. The case was proved in his absence;

Paula Watson, 37, of St Michaels Street, Sutton, was found guilty of causing unnecessary suffering to a Staffordshire bull terrier by failing to seek veterinary help for the animal and was jailed for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, and made to pay £80 costs. The case was proved in her absence;

Lisa Joy Chettle, 48, of Clumber Crescent, Stanton Hill, admitted being in charge of two Staffordshire bull terriers that were dangerously out of control. She was fined £375, made to pay £4,500 compensation and made to pay £117 in costs. The dogs must also wear muzzles in public and be under control;

Sharon Louise Dennington, 39, of no fixed address, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour and was given a six-month conditional discharge and made to pay £20 costs;

Steven Peter Crawford, 31, of Hall Street, Mansfield, admitted being drunk and disorderly and was fined £40 and made to pay £70 costs.
