Breach

Craig Worthington, aged 33, of Ward Street, Mansfield, admitted visiting an address he was prohibited from doing so by a restraining order, and making threats to a woman he was not allowed to speak with. He was jailed for 32 weeks and made to pay £115 in costs;

Ashley Beard, 22, of Colston Court, Mansfield, was given 28 days’ jail, suspended, for non-payment of a fine of £752 imposed in 2015;

Andrzej Kowalewski, 29, of Burns Street, Mansfield, was given 28 days’ jail, suspended, for non-payment of £695 fine imposed in 2011;

Damion Warren, of Pinxton Road, Kirkby was given 14 days’ jail suspended for non-payment of a £300 fine imposed in 2013;

Thomas Lloyd Payne, 19, of Verona Court, Mansfield, admitted failing to comply with a curfew order and was re-sentenced on an offence of criminal damage. He was jailed for six weeks, suspended for 12 months and made to pay £75 costs.

Drug-Driving

Reginald James Nathan Wood, 30, c/o Newton Street, Littleworth, Mansfield, admitted being unfit to drive through drugs while behind the wheel of a Ford Fiesta. He was banned from driving for 12 months, fined £120 and made to pay £115 in costs.

Vladislav Franckevic, 32, of Newcastle Street, Huthwaite, was found guilty after a trial of having 77 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath while behind the wheel of a BMW. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He was banned from the road for 12 months, fined £440 and made to pay £664 in costs;

John Dunn, 42, of Stoneyford Road, Sutton, admitted having 91 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Citroën C2. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He was banned from driving for 22 months, given a community order with alcohol treatment requirement and made to pay £85 costs;

Jason Hamilton, 25, of Bluebell Close, Shirebrook, admitted having 92 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Ford Transit van. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He was banned from driving for 23 months, fined £450 and made to pay £130 in costs;

Ryan John George Binks, 25, of St Michaels Street, Sutton, admitted having 83 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Mazda 2. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He was banned from the road for 20 months, fined £350 and made to pay £120 in costs;

Rafal Konrad Perczynski, 33, of Howard Road, Mansfield, admitted having 44 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of a VW Polo. He was banned from the road for 12 months, fined £120 and made to pay £115 in costs.

Criminal Damage

Robert Arstall, 28, of Dale Lane, Blidworth, admitted destroying a vase and was given a 12-month conditional discharge and made to pay £105 in costs.

Motoring

Tracy Allen, 40, of Dovecroft, Ollerton, admitted driving a Ford Mondeo in Ollerton without due care and attention and was fined £100, given six penalty points and made to pay £105 in costs;

Rhiannon Hutchinson, 24, of Farndale Road, Sutton, was found guilty of driving an MG along Mansfield’s Rosemary Street without insurance, and using a mobile phone while behind the wheel. She was fined £660, given six penalty points and made to pay £151 in costs. The case was proved in her absence;

Katie Hyatt, 37, of Yew Tree Avenue, Forest Town, was found guilty of failing to identify the driver of an Audi alleged to have been speeding. She was fined £660, given six penalty points and made to pay £151 in costs. The case was proved in her absence;

Amrad Kamali, 27, of Argyle Street, Mansfield, was found guilty of running a red light on Mansfield’s Rosemary Street and using a mobile phone while driving a Suzuki. He was fined £440 in total, given three penalty points and made to pay £107 in costs. The case was proved in his absence;

Ryan North, 29, of Woodside, Skegby, admitted driving a Ford along Botany Avenue, Mansfield, while using a mobile phone. He was fined £65, given three penalty points and made to pay £105 in costs;

Alistair Shanks, 56, of Portland Street, Warsop, admitted failing to identify the driver of a Peugeot alleged to have been guilty of an offence and he was fined £200, given six penalty points and made to pay £20 costs;

Keir Sketchley, 40, of Woodborough Road, Mansfield, was found guilty of failing to identify the rider of a Kawasaki alleged to have been speeding. He was fined £660, given six penalty points and made to pay £151 in costs. The case was proved in his absence;

James Tilstone, 45, of Common Lane, Pleasley, was found guilty of driving a Ford Focus without insurance or a licence and was banned from driving for 12 months, fined £660 and made to pay £151 in costs. The case was proved in his absence;

Jake Cullington, 22, of Fell Wilson Street, Warsop, was found guilty of driving a Fiat without insurance without a licence and was banned for 24 months, fined £180 and made to pay £105 in costs;

Tracey Shaw, 47, of Clegg Hill Drive, Huthwaite, was found guilty of two counts failing to identify the driver of a Mazda alleged to have been guilty of speeding. She was banned from driving for nine months, fined £1,320 in total and made to pay £151 in costs. The case was proved in her absence;

David Roy Smith, 33, of Nursery Avenue, Sutton, was found guilty of failing to identify the driver of a Vauxhall Zafira alleged to have been guilty of speeding. He was banned from driving for six months, fined £660 and made to pay £151 in costs. The case was proved in his absence.

Theft

John Kavanagh, 28, of Emmington Road, Clipstone, admitted stealing wine and lager worth £27 from Tesco and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards a police community support officer and a member of the public. He was jailed for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, and made to £112 in costs;

David Lee Brown, 36, of Coral Crescent, Warsop, admitted stealing alcohol worth £27 from Tesco on Mansfield’s Chesterfield Road South and assaulting a male. He was fined £240, made to pay £109 compensation in total and £115 in costs.

Violence

Terence Stephen Cooper, 55, of Beck Lane, Blidworth was found guilty after a trial of assaulting a female and was given a community order with a 10-week electronic tag curfew, made to pay £100 compensation and £400 costs;

Daniel Nathan Boyles, 25, of Breck Bank, Ollerton, admitted assaulting a female and causing criminal damage to a window and was handed a community order, fined £50 and made to pay £170 in costs;

Liam Marsh, 18, of Starr Avenue, Sutton, was found guilty after a trial of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour and was given a community order with a 10-week electronic tag curfew and made to pay £360 in costs;

Reece Graham Peter Brown, 18, of Harrow Close, Rainworth admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour and failing to surrender to custody. He was given a community order with an eight-week electronic tag curfew and made to pay £360 in costs.
