Drink Driving

Andrew Hole, 54, of Crompton Road, Pleasley, admitted having 124 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Peugeot. Then legal limit is 35 mcgs. He also admitted driving while disqualified and without insurance He was jailed for 18 weeks, suspended for 12 months, banned from driving for 36 months, and made to pay £200 costs;

Mathew Stephen Brown, 40, of Lees Avenue, Mansfield, admitted failing to provide a breath test and was banned from driving for 36 months, fined £400 and made to pay £125 in costs;

Paulina Ewelina Malinowska, 29, of Milford Crescent, Mansfield, admitted having 72 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Seat Leon. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. She also admitted driving without insurance and a licence.

She was banned from driving for 22 months, fined £240 in total and made to pay £115;

Lukasz Pienkos, 28, of Chichester Close, Mansfield, admitted having 88 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of a VW Passat. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He was banned from driving for 22 months, fined £200 and made to pay £115 in costs;

Marc Lee Richardson, 31, of Laurel Avenue, Church Warsop, admitted having 89 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Vauxhall Astra. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He also admitted driving without insurance and causing damage to the vehicle. He was banned from driving for 22 months, given a community order with 140 hours of unpaid work and made to pay £170 in costs;

Italo Stradins, 49, of Pleasley Springs, Pleasley, admitted having 61 mcgs of alcohol of 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of Citroen Picasso. He was given 10 penalty points, fined £180 and made to pay £115 in costs.

Motoring

David John Duncan, 22, of Jackson Terrace, Meden Vale, admitted driving a Citroen Xsara without insurance and without a licence and was fined £120, given six penalty points and made to pay £105 in costs;

Gabriel Sylea-Rasca, 32, of St Michaels Street, Sutton, admitted riding an unregistered scooter without insurance and without a licence and was fined £385, given six penalty points and made to pay £123 in costs;

Tracey Wharton, 44, of Columbia Street, Huthwaite, admitted driving a Renault without insurance and was fine £170, given six penalty points and made to pay £105 in costs;

Carrie Butler, 28, of New Mill Lane, Mansfield Woodhouse was found guilty of driving a Vauxhall without insurance and was fined £666, given six penalty points and made to pay £151 in costs. The case was proved in her absence;

Stephen Lee Marriott, 28, of Strawberry Bank, Huthwaite, admitted driving a Vauxhall Vectra without insurance or a licence and was fined £120, given six penalty points and made to pay £105 in costs;

Simon Roach, 53, of Norfolk Close, Warsop, admitted riding a Yamaha motorcycle on the A6075 at Edwinstowe at 76mph in a 50mph zone. He was fined £200, given six penalty points and made to pay £105 in costs;

Adrian Tibby, 50, of The Leaway, Shirebrook, admitted driving a Ford Mondeo on the A608 in Nottingham at 57mph in a 30mph zone. He was fined £270, given six penalty points and made to pay £112 in costs;

Ovidiu Cristian Banyasz, 18, of Welbeck Street, Mansfield was found guilty of driving a VW in Mansfield without insurance and with a obstructed windscreen. He was fined £666, given six penalty points and made to pay £151 in costs. The case was proved in his absence;

Amy Jane Forsey, 26, of Alcock Avenue, Mansfield, was found to have driven a Ford without a licence or insurance and was fined £660, given seven penalty points and made to pay £151 in costs. The case was proved in her absence;

Leah Kim Gilbert, 38, of Thoresby Road, Rainworth, was found guilty of failing to identify the driver of a Peugeot 307 alleged to have been guilty of speeding. She was fined £660, given six penalty points and made to pay £151 in costs. The case was proved in her absence;

Ceslavs Kazakous, 34, of Yorke Street, Mansfield Woodhouse, was found guilty of driving a Vauxhall without a licence and was fined £220, given three penalty points and made to pay £107 in costs. The case was proved in his absence;

Gary Smith, 33, of Cottage Lane, Warsop, was found guilty of driving a Mercedes without insurance and was fined £660, given six penalty points and made to pay £151 in costs. The case was proved in his absence;

Dennis Spencer, 55, of Dale Lane, Blidworth, was found guilty of driving a Peugeot without a test certificate and was fined £220 and made to pay £107 in costs. The case was proved in his absence;

Joanne Clare Tavner, 39, of Salestune Mews, Selston, admitted driving a Kia Sorento in Nottingham at 54mph in a 30mph zone. She was fined £100, given six penalty points and made to pay £105 in costs;

Thomas Alan Thorpe, 52, of Mayfield Place, Sutton, admitted running red light at Kirkby while driving a Renault and was fined £40, given three penalty points and made to pay £60 in costs;

Iulia Preda, 26, of Longden Terrace, Warsop, was found guilty of driving a VW without a licence, insurance or test certificate and was banned from driving for six months, fined £660 and made to pay £151 in costs. The case was proved in her absence.

Theft

Simon Frank Ward, 42, of Dorchester Drive, Mansfield, admitted stealing a HP laptop from Sainsbury’s worth £179. He was jailed for 22 weeks after triggering a suspended sentence, and made to pay £115 in costs;

Matthew Robert Clay, 47, of Newark Way, Mansfield, admitted stealing a hoover worth £54.99 from Argos in Mansfield, and stealing a bicycle from a male and was jailed 14 weeks because of his failure to comply with previous community punishments, and made to pay £304.99 compensation in total;

Duane Poulter, 21, of Shaftesbury Avenue, Mansfield, admitted stealing lager worth £21.98 from Gill’s Nooze and Booze in Mansfield and was given a community order with four months’ electronic tag curfew, made to pay £21.98 compensation and £85 costs;

Christopher Bickerton, 35, of no fixed address, admitted stealing fabric conditioner worth £27 from Iceland in Mansfield and was jailed for 12 weeks because of his failure to comply with previous community punishments, made to pay £27 compensation and £40 costs;

Jodie Richard Buck, 27, of Lawrence Avenue, Mansfield Woodhouse, admitted stealing lager worth £10 from Morrisons and was fined £50 and made to pay £115 in costs.

Breach

Laura Marie Clowes, 29, of Stuart Street, Sutton, admitted failing to keep appointments for a supervision order and was jailed for 28 days.

Fraud

Robert Kemp, 70, of Thoresby Road, Rainworth, tried to claim pension credit and housing benefit but failed to tell the authorities that he received income from an occupational pension. He was jailed for 20 weeks, suspended for 12 months.

Tristan Sheppard, 20, of Babworth Court, Mansfield, admitted making off without paying for £50 owed for a taxi fair and was made to pay £50 compensation;

Kenneth Talbot, 54, of Mansfield Road, Ravenshead, was found to have not paid a fine of £10,000 imposed in 2013 and was given a six-month suspended sentence and was told to pay £300 a month.
