Violence

Dawn Louise Cojocariu, 41, of Chesterfield Road North, Pleasley, was found guilty after a trial of assaulting a male and destroying glasses belonging to him worth £260. She was fined £300, made to pay £360 compensation and £340 in costs;

Mark James Wright, 29, of Beaumont Avenue, Mansfield, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour and was given 225 hours of community service and made to pay £210 in costs;

Caleb Reginald Lambert, 19, of Babworth Court, Mansfield, admitted threatening unlawful violence and damaging a window. He was given a community order with three months’ curfew, a one-year restraining order not to contact a male and female, made to pay £100 compensation and £300 compensation;

Jonathan William Whiteman, 32, of Coton Close, Mansfield Woodhouse, admitted assaulting a female and damaging her mobile phone. He was given a community order with 40 hours of community service and made to pay £145 in costs;

Dean Ricky Burton, 44, of Shireoaks Court, Mansfield, was found guilty after a trial of assaulting a male and was jailed for 18 weeks, suspended for 12 months, made to pay £200 compensation and made to pay £505 in costs.

Breach

Dyllan John Stacey, 20, of Tuckers Lane, Mansfield was found guilty of non-payment of a fine of £891 and was given 21 days’ jail, suspended.

Drink Driving

Jodi Govan, 48, of Main Road, Kings Clipstone, admitted being over the drink-drive limit while behind the wheel of a Hyundai. She was banned from driving for 23 months, given 40 hours’ community service and made to pay £145 in costs;

Peter Petro, 34, of Parkway, Sutton, admitted being in charge of a Mercedes while unfit through drink. He was banned from driving for four months, fined £250 and made to pay £425 in costs;

Pawel Robert Jablonski, 29, of Church Drive, Shirebrook, admitted having 101 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of an Audi A4. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He was banned from driving for 24 months, given 120 hours of community service, made to pay £500 compensation and £85 costs;

Russell Graham Allsop, 56, of Layton Burroughs, Mansfield, admitted having 92 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Ford Focus. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He was banned from the road for 24 months, given 40 hours of community service, fined £60 and made to pay £150 in costs;

Emma Jane Lang, 42, of Quines Hill Road, Forest Town, admitted failing to provide a breath test when asked by police and was jailed for nine weeks, suspended for 12 months, banned from driving for 60 months and made to pay £165 in costs;

Matthew Bowler, 27, of Empire Street, Mansfield, admitted having 59 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Citroen C2. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He was banned from driving for 14 months, fined £350 and made to pay £120 in costs;

Mark Garratt, 43, of Priory Road, Mansfield Woodhouse, admitted having 114 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Suzuki. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He was banned from driving for 36 months, given 100 hours of community service and made to pay £170 in costs;

John David Sharpe, 48, of Gill Street, Sutton, admitted having 53 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Lexus. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He also admitted driving without insurance. He was banned from driving for 12 months, fined £450 and made to pay £128 in costs;

Richard Keith Frank Hill, 29, of Manvers Street, Mansfield, admitted failing to provide a specimen of urine for analysis and was banned from driving for 40 months, fined £280 and made to pay £115 in costs.

Motoring

Kevin John Snee, 49, of Northwood Avenue, Sutton, admitted driving a Ford without insurance was fined £120, given six penalty points and made to pay £105 in costs;

Tomasz Kowalczyk, 36, of Park Street, Mansfield Woodhouse, was found guilty of driving a Vauxhall Zafira without insurance and was banned from driving for 12 months, fined £660 and made to pay £151 in costs. The case was proved in his absence;

Lee Hodgkinson, 27, of Leeming Street, Mansfield, admitted taking a Citroen Picasso without the consent of the owner and driving it whilst banned, and without insurance. He was given a community order, given six penalty points and made to pay £170 in costs.

Theft

Christian Thornton, 43, of Sherwood Street, Mansfield, admitted stealing items from M&S in Mansfield worth £56 and was given a six-month conditional discharge and made to pay £56 compensation;

Jamie Intress, 27, of Tideswell Court, Mansfield, admitted stealing a loaf of bread from Co-op and a second charge of stealing other food items from the supermarket. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and made to pay £100 costs;

Willem David Brewer, 22 of no fixed address, admitted two counts of stealing food items from Iceland in Mansfield, and stealing confectionary and a charity collection box from an address on Albert Street, Mansfield. He was jailed for 18 weeks and made to pay £80 costs;

Craig William Maltby, 30, c/o Percival Close, Sutton, admitted stealing perfume worth £49 from Boots and was given a 12-month conditional discharge and made to pay £20 compensation.

Drugs

Angus James Mason, 33, of Chatsworth Street, Sutton admitted possession of amphetamine and cannabis and driving without a licence or insurance. He was given fines totalling £200, made to pay £30 costs and given six penalty points.

Criminal damage

Benjamin John Taylder, 30, of Main Road, Jacksdale, admitted damaging a till screen and a fruit machine at the Bull and Butcher pub and was given a community order with 80 hours of community service, made to pay £1,000 compensation and £85 costs;

Scott Lazenby, 23, of Newlands Drive, Forest Town, admitted causing £582 worth of damage to a taxi ande was made to pay £582 compensation and made to pay £85 in costs.

Breach

David Clive Poyser, 50, of Layton Avenue, Mansfield, admitted failing to comply with community order by being absent for five working days and was fined £50 and made to pay £75 costs.

Martin Wood, 52, of Vickers Street, Warsop, was handed a three-year criminal behaviour order in which he is unable to be drunk in a public place, behave or incite others to behave in an anti-social manner or enter a property on Wallis Road in Mansfield;

Andrew Mark Dennison, 33, of Warwick Drive, Mansfield, admitted being drunk and disorderly on Mansfield’s Clumber Street and was fined £120 and made to pay £115 in costs;

Keith Starbuck, 42, of Poplar Grove, Church Warsop, admitted fishing without a licence and was fined £220 and made to pay £147 in costs.
