Breach

Stephen Feeley, 40, of no fixed address, admitted breaching a restraining order by visiting an address in Sutton for which he was prohibited. He was jailed for 12 weeks;

Carl Fitt, 28, of Davies Avenue, Sutton, admitted contacting a female that he was prohibited from doing so by a restraining order. He was given a community order and made to pay £145 in costs.

Przemyslaw Piotr Mazurek, 40, of Bridge Street, Mansfield, admitted failing to dispose of waste properly and was fined £600, made to pay

£508 in costs;

Jonathon Glenn Wright, 29, of Dalestorth Street, Sutton, admitted being drunk and disorderly and was fined £120 and made to pay £105 on costs.

Violence

Teresa Dent, 44, of Milton Street, Kirkby, admitted assaulting a female and was given a 12-month conditional discharge and made to pay £100 in costs;

Sam Turner, 23, of Jackson Terrace, Meden Vale, admitted two counts of assaulting a male and damaging cupboards and a wall belonging to a female and was given a community order with 100 hours unpaid work, made to pay £200 compensation and £145 costs;

David Neil Brailsford, 40, of Mickledale Lane, Bilsthorpe, admitted assaulting a female and was given a six-month conditional discharge and made to pay £100 in costs;

Michael Andrew Hadley, 31, of Hardwick Lane, Sutton, was found guilty after a trial of two counts of assaulting a female and was jailed for 26 weeks suspended for 12 months, given a one-year restraining order and made to pay £200 in costs;

Daniel Waring, 19, of Caunts Crescent, Sutton, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards a female and was given a community order with an alcohol treatment and made to pay £145 in costs;

Scott Alexander Brown, 34, c/o Wollaton Road, Kirkby, was found guilty after a trial of assaulting a male by spitting on him, of having a lock knife in his possession and failing to surrender to custody. He was given a community order, made to pay £50 in compensation to the victim and £160 in costs;

Ryan Luke Moore, 19, of Sylvan Avenue, Kirkby, admitted assaulting a police officer and was given a community order and made to pay £60 costs;

Alan Graham Tighe, 63, of Baums Lane, Mansfield, admitted assaulting a female and was given a community order, an eight-month restraining order, fined £100 and made to pay £60 compensation and £85;

Adam Himkin, 23, of Appleton Road, Blidworth, admitted threatening violence towards three police officers and was handed a community order with 80 hours of unpaid work and made to pay £145 in costs.

Drugs

Ian Robert Savage, 39, of James Murray Mews, Mansfield, admitted supplying cannabis and was fined £120 and made to pay £105 in costs;

Ben Sansom, 27, of Alfreton Road, Sutton, admitted producing four cannabis plants and possession of cocaine. He was given a community order with 100 hours unpaid work and made to pay £145 in costs.

Criminal Damage

Gemma Louise Anne Bailey-Rathbone, 35, of Park Avenue, Mansfield, admitted damaging a door belonging to Mansfield District Council and was given a six-month conditional discharge and made to pay £100 in costs.

Drink Driving

Adam Winstanley, 33, of Nottingham Road, Mansfield, admitted having 55 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Chevrolet Kalos. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He was banned from driving for 12 months, fined £350 and made to pay £120 in costs;

Sean Joseph Meehan, 35, of Forest Road, Clipstone, admitted having 155 mlgs of alcohol in 100 mls of blood while riding a Vespa. The legal limit is 80 mlgs. He was banned from driving for 18 months, fined £200 and made to pay £105 in costs;

Ted Dennington, 57, of John Woodhead Court, Mansfield, admitted refusing to give a specimen of breath for analysis, assaulting a police officer and running a red light in a Peugeot. He was jailed for eight weeks suspended for 12 months, banned from driving for 36 months and made to pay £165 in costs;

John Pierre Bak, 28, of Alder Grove, New Ollerton, admitted having 57 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Ford Focus. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He also admitted driving without insurance. He was banned from driving for three years, given a 12-week curfew order and made to pay £145 in costs;

Nika Bakuri, 52, of Stanton Place, Mansfield, admitted having 90 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Ford Mondeo. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He was jailed for eight weeks suspended for 12 months, band from driving from two years and made to pay £165 in costs;

Nathan Wayne Baldry, 21, of Central Drive, Clipstone, admitted having 148 mlgs of alcohol in 100 mls of blood. The legal limit is 80 mlgs. He was banned from droving for 16 months, fined £400 and made to pay £125 in costs.

Laura Tomlinson, 30, of Perlethorpe Avenue, Meden Vale, admitted two counts of stealing cans of cider from J&J Stores in Meden Vale and was made to pay almost £10.44 compensation and made to pay £40 in costs;

Lee Gardner, 28, of George Street, Mansfield, admitted stealing Blu Ray DVDs worth £45 from Sainsbury’s and was jailed for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months, made to pay £45 compensation and £100 costs;

Jordanna Bird, 33, of Shirland Drive, Mansfield, admitted stealing razor blades from Savers in Mansfield and hair product worth £3 from Superdrug. She was given a 12-month conditional discharge and made to pay £45 in costs;

Alan Clifford Willetts, 29, of Elder Street, Skegby, admitted stealing aluminium from Synseal Extrusions Ltd and was given a two-year conditional discharge and made to pay £100 in costs;

Helen Ward, 32, of Tideswell Court, Mansfield, admitted stealing razor blades from Superdrug and three counts of stealing items from the Aquatic Reptile and Pet Centre worth £249. She was jailed for 93 days and made to pay £50 in compensation.

Motoring

Dalestorth Garden Centre Ltd, of Skegby Lane, Sutton, was found to have failed to identify the driver of a Ford Transit alleged to have been guilty of an offence and was fined £880 and made to pay £713 in costs. The case proved in the company’s absence;
Gavin Lander, 35, of New Bolsover, Bolsover, admitted failing to give the identity of the driver of a Ford alleged to have been guilty of an offence. He was fined £120, given six penalty points and made to pay £20 costs;

Adam George Thompson, 30, of Church Road, Clipstone, admitted driving a Ford while using a mobile phone and was fined £80, given three penalty points and made to pay £20 costs;

James Weir, 25, of Sycamore Street, Church Warsop, was found to have driven a Vauxhall Corsa without insurance or a licence. He was fined £660, given six penalty points and made to pay £151 in costs. The case was proved in his absence;

Savvas Marcos Zamboglou, 42, of Sanderling Way, Forest Town, admitted driving a Porsche at 50mph in a 30mph zone and was fined £345, given six penalty points and made to pay £335 in costs.
