Violence

Kirk Tyrone Bingley, 23, of Ladybrook Lane, Mansfield admitted threatening violence against a male, assaulting a male and two counts of assaulting a police officer. He was jailed for 22 weeks and made to pay £150 in compensation;

Patrick Joseph Murray, 47, of St Andrew’s Healthcare, Sherwood Avenue, Mansfield, admitted assault occasioning actual bodily harm and was made to pay £250 in compensation;

Dean Thomas Hill, 18, of Fritchley Court, Mansfield, admitted assaulting a female and damaging her phone. He was given a community order with 60 hours of unpaid work, made to pay £50 compensation and £85 in costs;

Lee Yates, 26, of North Street, Sutton, admitted two counts of assaulting a female and one count of damaging clothes. He was given a community order with 60 hours of unpaid work and made to pay £145 in costs;

Jake Jordan Marston, 22, of Westfield Lane, Mansfield, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour and was given a six-month conditional discharge, and made to pay £100 in costs;

Martin Wood, 52, of Vickers Street, Warsop, admitted threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour that was racially aggravated and was jailed for 12 weeks and made to pay £80 in costs.

Theft

Claire Louise Marsh, 36, of Smith Street, Mansfield, admitted stealing meat from Marks & Spencer worth £189 and was fined £20 and made to pay £20 costs;

Jake Kyle Godber, 27, of Jephson Road, Sutton admitted stealing a Samsung phone and was given a 12-month conditional discharge and made to pay £260 compensation;

Marius Sotkowske, 34, of Burlington Drive, Mansfield, admitted extracting electricity worth £2,196 and failing to surrender to custody. He was given a community order with 100 hours of unpaid work and made to pay £1,500 compensation;

Wayne Harvey, 37, of Hall Street, Mansfield, admitted assisted in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods, namely tools, and possession of amphetamine. He was handed 28 days in jail, suspended for 12 months, a drug rehabilitation requirement, and made to pay £165 in costs.

Nathan Lewis Proctor, 23, of Westfield Lane, Mansfield admitted failing to attend appointments as part of a supervision requirement and was jailed for 14 days;

Carrigan Evans, 29, of Walesby Drive, Kirkby, was found to have breached a community protection order and was fined £500, made to pay £195 in compensation and £300 in costs. The case was proved in her absence;

Daniel James Singleton, 20, of Blake Crescent, Mansfield, admitted failing to carry out unpaid work and was jailed for six weeks.

Drink Driving

Andrius Eduardas, 33, of Welbeck Street, Sutton, admitted having 83 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Toyota Celica. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He was banned from driving for 21 months, fined £260 and made to pay £111 in costs;

Gatis Strautnieks, 29, of Merryvale Drive, Mansfield, admitted being in charge of an Audi and having 96 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath. He was given 10 penalty points, fined £250 and made to pay £110 in costs.

Motoring

Rhys David Jepson, 19, of Occupation Lane, Edwinstowe, admitted being in a Honda Civic and failing to report an accident. He was fined £185, given five penalty points and made to pay £105 in costs;

Dean Anthony Goodall, 32, of Ravensdale Road, Mansfield, admitted driving a Vauxhall Combo van without a test certificate and was fined £220 and made to pay £107 in costs;

Charlotte Amy North, 24, of Coronation Street, Mansfield, admitted driving a Vauxhall Astra without insurance was fined £120, given six penalty points and made to pay £105 in costs;

Brent Mark Stafford, 32, of Newcastle Street, Mansfield, was found guilty of failing to identify the driver of a Vauxhall alleged to have been speeding. He was fined £660, given six penalty points and made to pay £151 in costs. The case was proved in his absence;

Brett Carter, 38, of Bagshaw Street, Pleasley, admitted running a red traffic light in a Ford Focus and was fined £80, given three penalty points and made to pay £20 in costs;

Tracey Jane Holmes, 48, of Jephson Road, Sutton, admitted using a mobile phone while driving a Ford and was fined £40, given three penalty points and made to pay £105 in costs;

Joanne Watson, 38, of Noel Street, Mansfield, admitted driving a Peugeot while not wearing a seat belt and was fined £63, given three penalty points and made to pay £105 in costs;

Nicolea Claudiu, 21, of Newton Street, Mansfield, was found guilty of driving a VW Passat without insurance and was fined £660, given six penalty points and made to pay £151 in costs;

Wakelin John Ronald, 43, of Recreation Street, Mansfield, admitted driving a Vauxhall Astra without due care and attention. He was fined £100, given three penalty points and made to pay £105 in costs;

Lisa Dawn Hall, 46, of Walesby Lane, New Ollerton, was found guilty of failing to identify the driver of a Ford alleged to have been guilty of an offence. She was fined £660, banned from driving for six months and made to pay £151 in costs. The case proved absence;

Liam Christopher James Rick, 24, of Central Avenue, Mansfield, was found guilty of driving a Ford Escort without a licence or insurance and was banned from driving for 12 months, fined £180 and made to pay £105 in costs. The case was proved in his absence;

Adam Richmond, 30, of Goodacre Street, Mansfield, admitted producing eight cannabis plants and possession of cannabis and was fined £200 and made to pay £85 in costs.

Daniel Weston, 34, of Edmonton Road, Clipstone admitted fishing without a licence at Park Hall Fishery in Mansfield and was fined £110 and made to pay £147 in costs;
