RAF medals stolen during Langwith burglary

Police are appealing for information after electrical items and RAF medals were stolen during a burglary in Langwith.

Sometime between 9pm on Wednesday, 20th February and 4.15am on Thursday, 21st February thieves broke into a house on Dale Close.

They stole a laptop, a games console, a Nikon digital camera and RAF long service medals.

Two men dressed in suits visited the property earlier in the day purporting to be meter readers but the homeowner did not let them in.

It is not known if this is connected to the burglary.

Anyone with information is asked to call Derbyshire police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
