Police appeal for information about Mansfield car crash

A 23-year-old man is in a critical condition after the car he was driving crashed into a tree.

Police are appealing for witnesses to the collision which happened in Abbott Road, Mansfield, just before 11.30pm yesterday (Tuesday).

The man was taken to the Queen’s Medical Centre, Nottingham, with serious injuries and remains in hospital.

Witnesses or anyone with information is asked to call the crash investigation team, on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
