New changing rooms open at town complex

New changing facilities at Mansfield’s Water Meadows Swimming and Fitness Complex were officially opened on Monday, 10th February after a massive refurbishment.

As part of a £400k project, the former cafe has been transformed into a family changing area, increasing the number of family changing units from seven to ten.

The project was funded by a £195,850 National Lottery grant, with the remainder paid by Mansfield District Council and Mansfield District Leisure Trust.

The existing changing area was also revamped,increasing double cubicles from six to 31.
