Men charged with affray after fight in train in Kirkby

TWO men were bailed to return to Mansfield Magistrates Court after denying an affray charge.

Magistrates were told magistrates how Neil Elliott (49), of Pear Tree Drive, Shirebrook, and Adrian Spicer (32), of Common Lane, Shirebrook, got in a fight with another group of passengers on the train in Kirkby on 17th March.

The case will be committed to crown court on 31st October.
