Man charged after firearms incident in Kirkby
A 20-YEAR-OLD man has been charged with a firearms offence following a report of a gun being fired at a front door in Kirkby.
Nathan Keetch, of Litchfield Road in Sneinton, was remanded in custody and was due to appear before Nottingham magistrates this morning (Tuesday 5th March) charged with possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life, failure to stop for police, dangerous driving, driving without insurance and driving contrary to a licence.
It follows an incident just before midnight on Sunday 24th February at a house in Glenside on the Coxmoor estate.
No one was injured, but the door was damaged.
Three others have been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender in connection with the incident. The two men, aged 21 and 41, and a 17-year-old boy have been bailed pending further enquiries.
