John-Paul Johnson murder accused due back in court

THREE men accused of murdering a Mansfield man in October last year are due to appear in court again this week.

Christopher Buckland (29), Daniel Bastable (19), and Carl Green (24), all of Chesterfield Road South, Mansfield, are charged with killing John-Paul Johnson.

All three will appear at Nottingham Crown Court on Friday (3rd February) for a plea and case management hearing.

The case had been listed to appear on Wednesday (1st February) but was re-scheduled.

Mr Johnson (42) was found dead at a property on Chesterfield Road South on 25th October.

A Home Office post-mortem examination concluded he died as a result of chest injuries.
