Horse riding equipment could help solve Sutton burglary

DISTINCTIVE horse riding equipment taken from a farm in Sutton could help police find the burglar responsible.

Five leather saddles were taken from the tack room of the farm in the Wild Hill area.

The farm was burgled at some point between Thursday 3rd January and Tuesday 8th January.

The saddles were all dark brown, two were made by Stubben, one Ideal, one Faber and the other was unstamped.

Pc Ryan Rowe said: “It is likely that the person or people who stole these items will be looking to sell them on. As they are quite unusual we ask people to keep their eyes open and contact us if they think they might have seen them.”

If you saw something or have any information about the items please call Pc Ryan Rowe on 101 ext 806 3749. Alternatively, call Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
