ONLY the second Glapwell Carnival in more than 20 years will take place on Saturday with a host of events for all the family.
The carnival, which was revived last year, includes a dog show, other attractions, drinks and food at Glapwell Cricket Ground from 12noon to 6pm.
The Bark in the Park dog show promises to be a special highlight with categories including waggiest tail and best toy dog.
Organisers from the Glapwell Community Development Group said last year’s heavy rain had not put a dampener on the community’s spirits.
