A woman who died in a crash involving a car and a lorry at Ompton on Sunday morning has been named by police as Wellow woman Melody Pedley.
Mrs Pedley (43), of Newark Road, was killed after her Kia Venga car collided with a lorry on the A616 shortly before 8am.
She was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the lorry was uninjured.
Anyone with any information about the crash is asked to telephone Nottinghamshire Police on 101, quoting incident 234.
