COLIN HALL MURDER: Detectives given more time to question man arrested in inquiry

DETECTIVES investigating the death of Kirkby man Colin Hall have been given permission to detain a man arrested in connection with the inquiry for a further 36 hours.
The 39-year-old man was arrested in Kirkby at around 10pm on Friday.
An application was made at Nottingham Magistrates’ Court today (Sunday) to detain the man for further questioning.
The application was approved and police now have until 9.15pm tomorrow (Monday) to continue their questioning.
Mr Hall died following an attack at his home in Cornerpin Drive, Kirkby, on the evening of 10th February.
Police are still keen to hear from anyone who has any information about the incident.
