Arrests made over Post Office robberies
TWO men were arrested this on suspicion of committing robberies at two Post Offices.
The men, aged 35 and 39, were arrested in Forest Fields, Nottingham, at midday yesterday (Wednesday, 10th October), in a joint operation by police officers from Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.
One offence happened at Sawley Post Office on Friday, 5th October when staff were threatened and money was stolen. Staff at Underwood Post Office were robbed on 3rd October.
The men will be held for questioning by officers from both forces.
