LETTER: No cuts for MPs, just for the poor

I believe this Government has gone back on its word about keeping working tax credits for the families who rely on this to make ends meet.
You don’t see the MPs take a cut in wages but they can persecute the most vulnerable whilst they have had a rise of £10,000 this year.

If that’s not taking the mickey I don’t know what is. They also claim for second homes, gas and electric, and other things whilst the poorest who are just keeping their heads above water suffer.

Is this a fair society? I don’t think so. I think the reason most of these get into Parliament is to get an easy life where we the taxpayers bail them out and they make money hand over fist.
