Robert Neil, 38, of Mount Crescent, Warsop admitted driving under the influence of alcohol. He was found with 50 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeded the legal limit of 35mcg. His was disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £120 and ordered to pay a £30 surcharge and costs of £85.

Keiron Nicholson, 29, of Pepper Street, Sutton admitted driving under the influence of alcohol. He drove a Renault Mégane on Sutton Road, Mansfield with 81 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the 35mcg limit. He was also found to be driving without insurance. He was banned from driving for 22 months, fined £250 and ordered to pay a surcharge of £30 and costs of £85.

Lewis Smith, 29, of Hollingwell Drive, Mansfield, failed to produce a specimen of blood without a reasonable excuse to do so, after he was suspected of driving a vehicle. He was banned from driving for 14 months, fined £525 and ordered to pay a £52 surcharge of £52 and £620 costs.

Callum Roberts, 24, of All Saints Court, Huthwaite, was found guilty of driving while under the influence of alcohol, having 48 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the legal limit of 35mcg. He was banned from driving for six months, fined £400 and told to pay a £40 surcharge and costs of £620.

Nicola Parso, 23, of Mason Street, Sutton failed to produce a specimen of breath after she was suspected to have driven a vehicle. She was banned from driving 16 months, fined £450 and told to pay a surcharge of £45 and costs of £305.

Craig Hazard, 26, of Rutland Street, Mansfield, drove a BMW down Nottingham Road while under the influence of alcohol. He had 71 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the limit of 35mcg. He was banned from driving for 18 months, fined £325 and told to pay a surcharge of £32 and costs of £85.

Tomas Roznovjak, 27, of Corporation Street, Mansfield, admitted stealing three bottles of wine to the value of £21 from Tesco. He was fined £130 and told to pay a £30 surcharge and £85 costs.

Florin Bone, 22, of Mount Crescent, Warsop, admitted stealing clothing and footwear from Primark, Mansfield, worth £175,50. She was fined £85 and told topay a £30 surcharge and £85 costs.

Marian Cozianu, 20, of Mount Crescent, Warsop, admitted stealing items worth £175,50 from Mansfield’s Primark. She was conditionally discharged for 12 months and told to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge.

Andrew Crowe, 30, of Victoria Street, Mansfield admitted stealing four DVDs from Primark, Mansfield. He was conditionally discharged for 12 months and told to pay costs of £85 and a surcharge of £20.

Robert Prindurel, 19, of Mount Crescent Warsop, admitted stealing items from Mansfield’s Primark to the value of £175.50. He was fined £85 and ordered to pay costs of £85 and a surcharge of £30.

Daniel Bacon, 38, of Linden Street, Mansfield admitted stealing two Persil small and mighty liquid tubs from the One Stop Shop, Westfield Lane, Mansfield. He was given a community order with a drug rehabilitation requirement and a rehabilitation activity requirement. He committed the offence while subject to a 12-month conditional discharge. He was ordered to pay compensation of £12 and a surcharge of £73.

Damage

Darren Bilbie, 18, of Bilborough Road, Mansfield, admitted damaging a shop window belonging to Unique and Beautiful, Outram Street, Sutton. He also admitted to damaging a CCTV camera belonging to Framework, Sutton. He was conditionally discharged for 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £150 and a surcharge of £20.

Christian Thornton, 44, of Skerry Hill Mansfield, damaged sockets and wiring belonging to Framework Housing, Mansfield. He also stole razors to the value of £40 from B&M Mansfield. He also failed to surrender to custody. He was fined £54 and ordered to pay compensation of £40, £100 costs and a surcharge of £30.

Ricky Belcher, 27, of Douglas Road, Forest Town, admitted damaging a kitchen window with intent. He was given a restraining order, a community order with an 8pm-midnifgr curfew requirement and electronic monitoring. His curfew is 8pm till midnight. He was also ordered to pay £100 compensation, a surcharge of £85 and pay £85 in costs.

Assault

Jeremy Kabia, 42, of Stuart Avenue, Forest Town, was found guilty of assaulting a woman by beating. He was jailed for 20 weeks and ordered to pay £75 compensation of £75, a surcharge of £115 and £625 costs.

Amanda Gamblin, 42, of Harrop White Road, Mansfield, assaulted a man at Four Seasons Shopping Centre, Mansfield. She also assaulted a police constable on Rosemary Street, Mansfield. She was given a 12-week jail term, suspended for 12 months, and ordered to pay compensation of £100, a surcharge of £115 and costs of £300.

Steven Crawford, 32, of Hall Street, Mansfield, admitted assaulting a man by beating. He also threatened violence against a police constable. He was given a community order with an alcohol treatment requirement and a six week curfew requirement. from 9pm to midnight, with electronic monitoring, and a rehabilitation activity requirement. He was ordered to pay compensation of £100 and costs of £85.

Rodger Rowley, 53, of Ladybrook Lane, Mansfield admitted assaulting a woman. He was given a six-week jail term, suspended for 12 months, and ordered to pay costs of £85 and £100 compensation.

Breach

Lee Young, 42, of Dewberry Gardens, Mansfield, breached a restraining order made against him by a woman when he rang her. He was fined £100 and told to pay costs of £85 and a surcharge of £30.

Micheal Harpur, 41, of Drayton Avenue, Mansfield, was found with a class B drug on St John Street Mansfield. He was found with the drug amphetamine. He was fined £80 and told to pay a surcharge of £30 and costs of £85.
